Position Overview

The Construction Manager will play a pivotal role in understanding and executing the existing Scope of Work, ensuring that mechanical systems such as air, steam, gasses (including nitrogen), and chillers are integrated effectively during the pre-commissioning phase. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with field teams to assess ongoing work, ensuring that manhours are allocated effectively in line with project schedules and requirements.

This position requires a proactive approach to evaluating work performance and making necessary adjustments to meet project needs efficiently. The Construction Manager will also be responsible for conducting P&ID walkdowns and coordinating with the Commissioning Team to oversee any required rework and remediation efforts, ensuring that all systems achieve operational success.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in construction management with a focus on mechanical systems. Attention to detail and exceptional coordination skills while working with multi-disciplined teams are essential attributes for this role.

  • Proven experience in construction management, particularly within mechanical systems.

Compensation & Benefits
